Privacy policy

This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) shall apply to any information which the Aurica website www.inloops.ru may get about the User while the latter is using the website or the programs and products it offers.

1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

1.1.1. Website Administrators shall mean authorized employees charged with the site management and acting on behalf of Aurica LLC who organize and (or) carry out the processing of personal data, and also determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed,  and the actions (operations) carried out in relation to personal data.

1.1.2. Personal Data shall mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable, either directly or indirectly, natural person (personal data subject).

1.1.3. Personal Data Processing shall mean any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation means or without using such means in relation to personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, improvement (updating, alteration), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, submission, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

1.1.4. Personal Data Privacy shall mean a requirement binding on the Operator or on any other person having access to personal data not to allow for the said to be distributed without the consent of the personal data subject or the availability of other legal grounds.

1.1.5. Website User (hereinafter referred to as the User) shall mean a person having access to the Website via the Internet.

1.1.6. Cookies shall mean a small fragment of data sent by the web server and stored on the user’s computer, which the web client or the web browser sends to the web server in the form of an HTTP request each time when an attempt is made to open a page of the corresponding website.

1.1.7. IP Address shall mean a unique network address of a node in a computer network using the IP protocol.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. By using the website the User shall confirm their consent with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing the personal data of the User.

2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the site.

2.3. This Privacy Policy shall be applied only to the Aurica website. The website shall not control or be held responsible for third-party websites which the User might visit using the links available on the website.

2.4. The Website Administrators shall not check the correctness of the personal data submitted by the User.

3. THE OBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

3.1. This Privacy Policy sets forth the obligations of the Website Administrators concerning the non-disclosure and protection of the personal data which the User may submit on the request of the Website Administrators when registering on the website or filling in any form.

3.2. The personal data which are allowed to be processed pursuant to this Privacy Policy shall be submitted by the User by means of filling in any form available on the Website.

3.3. The Website shall protect the Data which are automatically transferred in the process of viewing advertising units and visiting pages with system statistical script (“pixel”):

  •  IP address;
  •  Cookie information;
  • Information about the browser (or another program providing access to advertisements);
  • Access time;
  • Address of the page containing the advertising unit;
  • Referrer (address of the previous page).

3.3.1. Disabling cookies may result in the failure to access some parts of the website.

3.3.2. The website collects statistics on the IP addresses of its visitors. This information shall be used to solve technical problems.

3.4. Any other personal information not specified above (purchase history, used browsers and operating systems, etc.) shall be subject to reliable storage and non-disclosure, except as provided for in Clauses 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.

4. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA OF THE USER

4.1. The Website Administrators may use Personal Data of the User for the following purposes:

4.1.1. To identify the User registered on the website.

4.1.2. To provide to the User the access to the customized resources of the Website.

4.1.3. To provide the User with feedback; inter alia, to forward notifications and requests related to the use of the Website and to the rendering of services, as well as to handle the User’s requests and claims.

4.1.4. To identify the User’s location for the purposes of ensuring security and preventing fraudulent actions.

4.1.5. To check the correctness and completeness of the personal data submitted by the User.

4.1.6. To provide to the User the efficient customer and technical support should any problems arise in connection with using the Website.

4.1.7. To provide the User, upon their consent, with product updates, special proposals, price information, newsletters, and other information on behalf of the website or on behalf of partners of the website.

4.1.8. To carry out advertising upon the User’s consent.

4.1.9. To provide to the User the access to the websites or services of the partners with the purpose of getting products, updates or services.

5. WAYS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

 5.1.  The processing of the User’s personal data shall be carried out for an indefinite period of time, in any way not prohibited by the law, inter alia, in information systems of personal data using automation tools or without using such tools.

5.2. The User hereby agrees that the Website Administrators shall be entitled to transfer the personal data to third parties, including messenger services, mail services, telecommunications operators, exclusively for the purposes of fulfilling the User’s order, including delivery of Goods.

5.3.  The User’s personal data can be transferred to competent public authorities of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and according to the procedure set forth by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

5.4. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Website Administrators shall notify the User on the loss or disclosure of such personal data.

5.5. The Website Administrators shall take all the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal information of the User from illegal or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.

5.6. The Website Administrators together with the User shall take all the necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of personal data of the User.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1. The User shall be obliged:

6.1.1. To provide the information on personal data which is required for using the Website.

6.1.2. To update and supplement the provided information about personal data in case of any change in such information.

6.2. The Website Administrators shall be obliged:

6.2.1. To use the received information exclusively for the purposes stated in Clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2. To ensure confidentiality of information, not to disclose it without the prior written consent of the User, and not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in any other possible way the transferred personal data of the User, except for Clauses 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3. To take the necessary precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data in accordance with the procedure commonly used to protect this type of information in the existing business practice.

6.2.4. To block personal data relating to the correspondent User from the moment of application or request of the User or his legal representative or the body authorized to carry out protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, should unreliable personal data or illegal actions be identified.

7. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

7.1. The Website Administrators shall be entitled to introduce amendments to this Privacy Policy without the prior consent of the User.

7.2. The New Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment of being posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Privacy Policy.

7.3. Any suggestions or questions concerning this Privacy Policy should be forwarded using the feedback form.
